CamSelect NGS

CamSelect NGS is a bead-based kit for Size Selection and PCR Clean-up workflows. The kit consists of an aqueous suspension of magnetic beads along with a specific polymer and inorganic salts. In the presence of polymer and the inorganic salt, the magnetic beads have size selective affinity towards nucleic acid based molecules including DNA and RNA, therefore allowing a reversible immobilization of nucleic acid sequences above a certain threshold size.
